Greetings, all. I guess this will be my attempt to have a blog, as everyone else in the known universe seems to have one. I was inspired to do this by a circumstance that happened to me in January (longer post on that later). It really opened my eyes to the fact that there are multiple levels of "fairness" being applied to the citizens of this country and Minnesota, and that the laws don't apply to everyone equally, regardless of how one feels about any one particular law. This blog will be an attempt to call attention to selective enforcement of laws and policies by national, state and local governments, among other topics that I may feel like writing about, in particular 2nd Amendment issues, as these seem to be some of the laws that are most abused. Full disclosure: I am a conservative on most topics, but that will not color my commentaries on the misapplication of government - if you are in the wrong, I will call attention to it. Even if I don't like a particular law, it is in effect until it is modified or removed, and should be enforced equally.

A short list of ground rules:

1. I will not moderate comments, all are welcome. I don't care if you disagree with me, post away, but please be respectful. We are all adults here, there's no need for name-calling. I can vigorously argue with you without it getting personal.

2. I am responsible for all information in my posts, except for cited sources. I guarantee that all non-cited writing is my own original work. Commenters are responsible for their own posts, and email sent to me regarding this site may be published.

3. I reserve the right to post about whatever topic I wish.

4. You may quote or reprint whatever part of this blog you wish, as long as you give attribution.

Thank you for your time, and away we go!
