Good for him

Kudos to this gentleman for pushing back hard. Apparently he was walking his young son to piano practice when he saw Vice President Cheney pressing flesh and kissing babies in a mall area. The man went up to Cheney and said something like "Your policies in Iraq are reprehensible", or something to that effect. The man walked away, and ten minutes later he is arrested for "harassing" the Vice President. The Secret Service demanded that he be prosecuted, but all charges were dismissed. The man has now filed a lawsuit against Secret Service agent Virgil D. "Gus" Reichle Jr., for violating his First and Fourth Amendment rights. Way to go. I don't agree with the man's point of view, but he has every right to express his opinion to his elected leaders without being hauled off to the gulag. It's Secret Service, boys, not Secret Police. Start going after these goons personally, and their tune will change in a hurry. This type of stuff isn't new, either. Clinton had this nice couple arrested in Chicago when they dared to confront him about his policies. They ended up not being charged, either, but they did have the IRS sicced on them. Nice, huh?
