The scourge of Drinko

National retailers Target and Kohl's have been harrassed by nanny-staters with too much time on their hands into no longer carrying adult-themed drinking board games such as Drinko, Shots and Ladders and Keg Pong, in the mistaken belief that this new Prohibition will stop teens from drinking. The groups behind this move, the "Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America and Join Together, a public health project at Boston University", claim that:

"The only point of these games is to encourage dangerous consumption,"

So? Last I heard, one is free to drink as much as they wish in the privacy of their own home. Why do you care? These games are not marketed to kids, they contain no alcohol, and of course,

"It's unclear whether such games have been linked to any deaths or serious injuries",

but the POSSIBILITY THAT JUST ONE TEEN MAY PLAY THIS GAME IS ENOUGH REASON TO NEVER SELL IT ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Does anyone else think that the people that make up these groups were the kids that were never invited to the cool parties in high school?
