Sitting ducks

England, specifically the Oxford region, is now experiencing its own Katrina-like disaster.

There have already been reports of looting, and of people stealing relief water supplies and reselling them.

One can only imagine the easy pickings that the hoodie-clad "happy-slappers" have had in the last couple of days.

If only the law-abiding citizens had some way of defending themselves, as well as their homes and water supplies, from the looters and thugs descending on them...
