An illegal immigrant from Guatemala is having a hard time behaving himself in court while facing charges of raping and attempting to strangle a 10-year-old girl in Florida:
"First, a homeless child rape suspect turned violent in a Seminole County courtroom. Then he was forced to wear a mask on his face to keep him from spitting, before the jury returned a guilty verdict late Thursday afternoon."
Again, please don't get me wrong. I believe that all illegal immigrants are breaking the law, but by all means, the vast majority of illegal aliens aren't violent murderers and rapists.
But this one was. In spades.
You see, he has some more business to take care of before he gets to start serving his Florida sentence:
"Rosales faces a mandatory life sentence, but has to stand trial for murder in Arizona."
How does the liberal chant go? "If it saves just one child, then I'm for it." Well, then where is the liberal support for stronger immigration controls? If this man had been prevented or deterred from coming here, that child would have been spared this horrific event that's probably scarred her for life. But, you know, illegal immigration doesn't "hurt" anyone, so the left keeps agitating for all illegals to be allowed to stay without penalty, regardless of any prior criminal history. That's why events such as this keep happening.
