Queens, New York resident Rachel Love is apparently unclear on the concept of mechanical bull riding, and is suing a bar called Johnny Utah's where she rode one last January:
"The ride went south when the bull operator 'caused the actions of the mechanical bull to become more violent in an effort to throw the plaintiff off said bull,' the suit says."
Love's lawsuit admits that she was drunk at the time of the incident.
I can't believe that there is an attorney willing to actually file this suit with a straight face. When is "loser pays" tort reform coming again?

Scarier yet, it's at least the second lawsuit of the type filed in New York alone. "Loser pays" can't come quickly enough....
