Drew Peterson, the retired Illinois police officer whose half-his-age fourth wife is missing and who is a prime suspect in the mysterious death of his third wife, is now engaged once again, this time to a 23-year-old.
I wonder if her parents can have her declared mentally incompetent and institutionalized for her own safety?
