While working out at the YMCA yesterday, we had an opportunity to converse with the young lady manning the front registration desk about our adventure down at the O'Connor Federal Building the other month.
As soon as we informed her that we had been taking pictures of the building from the adjacent sidewalk, she immediately piped up with "So? What's wrong with that?"
We are no longer as dejected about the current crop of youth as we had been previously.
More importantly, if an uninvolved 16-year-old girl, unprompted, can instantly see the stupidity of citizens being harassed for an entirely legal activity, why is this sort of rousting still taking place on a near-daily basis all across the country?
