Today's TASER Travesty

TASERING a grandfather and a pregnant woman in the back at a backyard baptism party after responding to a noise complaint. There was just no other way of handling that situation, eh, Prince William County, Virginia police?

"Rodriguez was TASERED three times and then charged with public intoxication... in his own backyard." (Emphasis mine)

That's all the charges those cops could come up with in order to justify their over-the-top treatment of the man?
