If you have to announce to the world that you're in charge, you're not in charge

Keep on believing that fantasy while you desperately attempt to salvage your foundering administration.  It'll at least make you feel better.

After all, the appearance of competence and caring, and not the actual results (or lack of) themselves, is what's most important to you and your cronies, right?
