No film at 11 for you

In a stunning similarity to a previous post on this blog, another person is arrested for taking pictures of police on a public street. Supposedly there is a law that makes this illegal in Pennsylvania, but no one can cite the exact number in the code. It's funny how police have cameras in vehicles, buildings, and sometimes even on their person, but you apparently can't. First Amendment, where have you gone?
