Virtual terror

It seems that, like harmful bacteria, socialist thugs are everywhere, even in fantasy online games.

A group of people calling themselves the "Second Life Liberation Army" have been going around disrupting activities by setting off virtual "bombs" in the online game Second Life, in an apparent attempt to wrest control of the game away from its developer and owner.

"The SLLA website demands that Linden give Second Life residents "basic rights" by going public and allowing each avatar to buy a share of stock at a set price."

Because, you know, socialism and communism work so well in the real world.

""When the SLLA succeeds in its aims it will disband and hand power back to the political wing of the movement.""

I'm sure. Just like Uncle Fidel did, and Ho Chi Minh did, and Chairman Mao did, etc. You get the picture.

Socialist terrorists and nerds - the perfect storm?
