Stupid? Undoubtedly. Racist? Probably. Defend his comments? Not me. Criminal? No, but you'd think so, judging by all of the screaming from the self-appointed arbiters of racial discourse in this country.

Fire him? Up to his employers, not the hypocritical racemongers calling for his head. Let's take a look, shall we?

Don Imus is just an idiot who said some very stupid things for shock value. If you don't like what he says, turn the radio off. When enough people do, he'll lose his job soon enough.

Mr. Jackson, take your moral outrage and go back to shaking down corporations for money, and then paying that money to employees that you impregnate and then hide in another state.

Mr. Sharpton, take your moral outrage and stick it. You have no authority to lecture anyone about anything.
