If Hillary Clinton or John Edwards wins the Presidency and establishes their respective Stalinist health care systems, particularly Edwards' with its mandatory annual physicals, I assume that ice cream will be illegal for endarterectomy patients to consume at all, much less hours after surgery to correct the problem. Senator Kennedy will be lucky not to be sent to a health gulag to be "re-educated" about his dietary choices.
