Robbinsdale, Minnesota Police Chief Wayne Shellum has decided to give accused felon Officer Landen Beard a new cruiser, in order to avoid any further "misunderstandings" with other motorists:







No, not really, it's just a clever fake. It only seems to be Shellum's position that one should be able to spot an off-duty, undercover police officer this easily.

In other news about the Beard Follies, Joel Rosenberg of TwinCitiesCarry.com (full disclosure: I am friends with Joel and have worked with him on other issues) is going to be on the Northern Alliance Radio Network show tomorrow (Saturday) at about 2:15 pm CST to discuss the latest developments in this case, and possibly some other issues as well.
