The city of Evanston, Illinois has joined Wilmette and Morton Grove in repealing their unconstitutional complete bans on handguns. Only Oak Park and the city of Chicago itself fail to see the writing on the wall, and they still seem quite eager to waste their taxpayers' dollars on a losing court fight.
