The Stasi is sicced on Joe the Plumber

Some of the "special people" in Ohio who rate access to government computers seem to have gotten a little cross with Joe "The Plumber" Wurzelbacher for asking an honest and direct question of the Messiah, so they've decided to do a little unauthorized poking into his background, which is a criminal offense:

"Information on Wurzelbacher was accessed by accounts assigned to the office of Ohio Attorney General Nancy H. Rogers, the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Toledo Police Department."

There is apparently no formal investigation of any type of Wurzelbacher at any of the agencies requesting information, and thus no legal reason for anyone to be snooping around. (Incidentally, Wurzelbacher seems to have absolutely no criminal history or child-support issues so any records check, whether authorized or not, wouldn't return damaging information in any event.)

"The attorney general's office is investigating if the access of Wuzelbacher's BMV information through the office's Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway computer system was unauthorized, said spokeswoman Jennifer Brindisi."

That shouldn't take very long, as no one seems to have even heard of Ol' Joe before he was "lucky" enough to be selected at random to ask a question of Senator Hopeychangey.

"The State Highway Patrol, which administers the Law Enforcement Automated Data System in Ohio, asked Toledo police to explain why it pulled BMV information on Wurzelbacher within 48 hours of the debate, Hunter said."

Someone on the Toledo force is going to have some serious 'splainin' to do.

So much for "change", huh? Someone dares to ask Obama a perfectly legitimate question that ends up causing him to expose himself to be the socialist that he is, and immediately the local hounds are unleashed to illegally dig through private information on file with the state to find something, anything, to smear the questioner with, not that any dirt would change the legitimacy of their query in the first place.

Get ready for a lot more of these types of Secret Police-type shenanigans if the Chicago-trained disciple of Bill Ayers and Saul Alinsky gets elected President.
