Spoken while presenting his plan for a new Socialist order to an Ohio plumber who owns his own small business, and who is justifiably angry over having his taxes raised because he's "rich" in order to support others who don't work as hard as he does.
It's a good thing the plumber has his guns and religion to cling to once Obama gets his hands on his hard-earned dough, in order to redistribute it to those that Obama decrees need it more than he does.
