It's happened again

Another person has been arrested on disorderly conduct charges for cursing out a driver in a parking lot. This time the rude but quite legal yelling was directed at an elderly couple who couldn't seem to park their car in a timely manner.

It looks like the McHenry, Illinois cops in this latest incident are going to find out, much like the Las Cruces, New Mexico Police Department did, that it's not illegal to be a jerk, and that free speech includes loudly letting someone know that their driving sucks.

Although, this case happening in a suburb of Chicago, one can never really be sure that justice and the Constitution will prevail.
