This afternoon, I filed a formal complaint about Monday's interaction with Federal security guards with L/CSO Juan Pieve, the head of security for the O'Connor Federal Building.
To his credit, Officer Pieve was polite, professional and took my complaint seriously, so thanks to him for being a good, service-oriented public servant.
He has promised to investigate my complaint in a timely manner, so I will patiently await his response and report the results when they arrive.
