Scratch one FOIA request

The White House has reversed its earlier pronouncement about the matter and grudgingly announced that they will, in fact, be releasing the publicity photos generated by the infamous Manhattan Joyride the other week, negating any need on our part to request a copy by using a Freedom of Information Act request.

Some adult must have informed the Messiah's people that since the planes and cameras used belong to the American people and not to them, barring an unlawful classification of the pictures they had no legal grounds to prevent citizens (or news organizations, for that matter) from asking for a print for their bedroom wall, should they wish to obtain one.
