So that if my wife and I are violently assaulted and robbed by a pair of brutal street thugs while returning to our motel room after a night at the movies, as what happened to a fifty-something Florida couple on June 23 in Wilmington, Delaware (and which was captured on a "security" camera), I can at least try to defend us from such a vicious attack, and will have the means to attempt with every fiber of my being to protect my beloved spouse from being pounded into the pavement by the likes of those scumbags.
The attackers are still at large.
By the way, that camera really provided a lot of "security", didn't it?
