It looks like individuals such as Rep. Joe Wilson were correct all along about the Messiah's ultimate plan to finance health care for illegals as President Obama, seemingly under immense pressure from groups such as La Raza, has today now finally deigned to openly announce what's been evident all along to anyone with three or more brain cells: his intention to grant amnesty to all of the illegal aliens currently in this country so that they will then be eligible for his socialized medicine scheme:
"Mr. Obama said legalizing illegal immigrants is a way to take the sting out of the entire issue."
It's all semantics, you see. Just grant amnesty to everyone in one fell swoop, and then he can't be accused of providing medical coverage to illegal aliens, even if that's exactly what he just did. No "sting" at all, except to the taxpayers' wallets and to the concept of the rule of law in this country. No muss, no fuss.
"But Republicans said by pushing to legalize illegal immigrants, Mr. Obama is signaling that those here illegally eventually will get access to taxpayer-funded benefits."
Well, of course. That "signal" would seem to be much too obvious to even have to point out.
We don't think it's hyperbole to state that a major philosophical line has just been crossed, and that people who don't wish to see America turn into a socialist welfare state just like the one England has been sadly reduced to need to get off their butts right now and begin absolutely melting the phone lines on Capitol Hill.
