No huge surprise there

We wrote the following paragraph last Thursday in response to the Messiah's passing reference in his speech to Congress about "getting around to possibly looking at some state pilot programs" concerning tort reform, especially in the area of medical lawsuits:

"A token sop to conservatives that contains no specific details, just like the rest of "his" nebulous plan. If you really believe that he plans to follow through with this project, we've got a Nigerian general that wants to give you millions of dollars in return for borrowing your bank account for a few days."

Today we wake to find out, courtesy of the Kansas City Star and via the Schnitt radio show, some interesting and relevant background information about HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, the person chosen by President Obama to head up this sham effort:

"That would be Kathleen Sebelius, who used to be the chief lobbyist and executive director of the Kansas Association of Trial Lawyers, now known as the Kansas Association for Justice."

We're absolutely positive that Ms. Sebelius is just going to pour her heart and soul into giving any such pilot programs a fair shot. Isn't everyone else?

I am from Kansas, and the one good thing Pres. Obama did was get that lying Left-wing piece of political waste product out of Kansas. We have enough problems without her.
