The citizen, who possesses a permit to carry a pistol, wanted the information to file a complaint because the bully cop was incorrectly rousting him for openly carrying a holstered pistol during a recent rally in that city:

Special mention has to go to the mysterious thug's boss, Lt. Conzick (sp), who indeed is completely in the wrong about the law in Philly. We're sure he doesn't care, though, because that's how those types usually roll.
