"Federal Court finds Obama appointees interfered with New Black Panther prosecution"

For those who don't remember this quaint little scene on Election Day 2008:


That disgusting incident of voter intimidation wasn't deemed worthy of punishment, according to Obama's political hacks.  But the Republicans are the ones who "rule" based on the color of peoples' skin and thus try to deny them their vote.  Riiight.

Now, because of the findings of District Court Judge Reggie Walton, the long-suffering American taxpayer has to pay Judicial Watch's legal fees in the case.

And Eric "Neutral, leaning towards favorable" Holder somehow still keeps his job.
