An 81-year-old man in Tucker, Georgia will not be facing charges after fatally shooting a man who had broken into the house where he and his wife were sleeping, according to this news story.
This is a perfect example of why some residents of D.C., led by Mr. Heller, are suing the District Government in order to regain their "inalienable" right to self-defense with firearms. They hope to once again be able to defend themselves and their families against the many thugs in Washington who are just like this recently deceased fellow down South.
