Is it really necessary to bring in the cops to resolve the issue of 5th graders drawing breasts and a penis on a school bathroom wall with a marker, "which caused students to laugh"? I'm sure the police have better things to do with their time than investigate this crime of the century.
Isn't detention and making the little snowflakes scrub off the graffiti still a viable option, or will that punishment damage their precious little psyches?
