The National Institutes of Health is "investing" 423,500 of the peasantry's hard-earned tax dollars, confiscated from us on pain of imprisonment, in order to fund a study designed to find out
"why men don't like to wear condoms"
Sigh.
Because sex feels better without them, dummies.
There. Half a million bucks or so of our money just saved from being flushed down the institutional research toilet.

I had a good belly laugh with that one, and here's one that's very sad but funny as well; government educators are trying to teach "young skulls full of mush" that it makes no difference.
Yeah, right. If I want to do it with a tire, I will....but the Michelins and Firestones are pretty darned safe around me!
